Rose Noble

Crime Department

Rose graduated from the University of Kent in July 2017 receiving a LLB Law Degree with a Year Abroad in Hong Kong. She joined Levy & Co Solicitors in August 2018 working in the Crime department and was admitted as a Solicitor in June 2022.

Rose actively attends Magistrates Court and works on the litigation for Magistrates trials. She also has vast experience representing clients in the police station for shop theft through to sexual offences. Rose prides herself on her understanding and honest communication with clients.

Rose has notably assisted with the acquittal of a vulnerable client who worked as a carer and faced an allegation of theft, which led to her being suspended from her job. Following trial and a number of significant representations surrounding the evidence, the client was acquitted and could return to the work she loved.

Recently Rose secured  the acquittal of a client charged with driving without due care and attention where he has collided with a vehicle pushing it onto a roundabout. The client faced a great impact on his livelihood if convicted and the acquittal meant he was able to get back on track.
