Roisin Massey
Solicitor, Crime Department

Roisin joined Levy & Co Solicitors LLP in August 2021 as a Paralegal in the Crime department. In April 2022, Roisin became a trainee solicitor at the firm, and has since become a fully fledged solicitor in our crime department. She graduated from University of Brighton in 2020 with a 2:1 in her undergraduate law degree, and achieved a distinction in her combined postgraduate masters / Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2021.
Roisin is an Accredited Solicitor, often attending the police station to represent individuals accused of a range of offences.
Roisin has worked on various trials where clients have been successfully acquitted. These trials involved a range of offences, including criminal damage, common assault and breach of restraining order.
Further, Roisin recently worked on a case whereby she made representations to the court regarding a speeding matter in which the client’s identity had been stolen. Following Roisin’s representations, the matter was discontinued by the CPS.
