Gracie Burton

Trainee Solicitor, Crime Department

Gracie graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2019 after receiving a First Class LLB Law Degree. She joined Levy & Co Solicitors in July 2020 as a Paralegal in the Crime department whilst undertaking the Legal Practice Course and completing the Police Station Representative Accreditation.

Gracie represents clients at the Police Station accused of a variety of allegations, ranging from assault to county lines drug supply. She also represents Military Personnel accused of non-compliance with The Armed Forces Act and other civilian matters.

Gracie progressed to a Trainee Solicitor in August 2023 and regularly assists senior Fee Earners with the preparation of Magistrates Court trials. She successfully assisted Counsel with the acquittal of a client who relied upon implied consent when he was witnessed strangling his partner by an off-duty Police Officer.
