Rose Noble

Crime Department

Rose graduated from the University of Kent in July 2017 receiving a LLB Law Degree with a Year Abroad in Hong Kong. She joined Levy & Co Solicitors in August 2018 working in the Crime department and has since qualified as an accredited police station representative.

Rose has recently completed the Legal Practice Course and her Masters in Law and is working towards qualifying as a solicitor.

Her experience includes representing clients in the police station for a vast range of offences from shop theft to sexual offences. She also assists solicitors with the litigation on matters in the Magistrates Court.

Rose has notably assisted with the acquittal of a vulnerable client who worked as a carer and was accused of stealing money, which led to her being suspended from her job. Following trial and a number of significant representations surrounding the evidence, the client was acquitted and could return to the work she loved.

Recently Rose secured  the acquittal of a client charged with driving without due care and attention where he has collided with a vehicle pushing it onto a roundabout. The client faced a great impact on his livelihood if convicted and the acquittal meant he was able to get back on track.
