Levy & Co. have offices in Witham, Braintree, Benfleet and Clacton but cover much further afield. Our approach to clients is one of friendliness and efficiency. We can offer appointments outside normal working hours and are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year for emergencies and clients who have been arrested. We feel it is important that our clients have access to a solicitor at all times and we ensure that as a firm we work as efficiently as possible to deliver an excellent service to all our clients.
The firm is able to represent adult and youth clients in police stations, Youth/Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts as well as Military hearings, including Court Martials. We have video-link facilities enabling us to hold conferences with Clients in prison. We are also able to assist clients who may be the subject of Civil Applications such as Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs) and Sexual Harm Prevention Orders (SHPOs). We also represent clients defending Football Banning Orders and for offences under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
