Sam Nundy

Sam joined Levy & Co in May 2013 and has been a fully accredited Police Station Representative since 2007.
Sam has worked in criminal law for nearly 20 years, amassing a wealth of experience representing clients detained in Police Stations and Military facilities as well as preparing cases in the Crown Court.
Sam has great deal of experience in dealing with complex, serious high profile cases, which have often attracted local and national media interest, as well as representing Armed Forces Personnel both domestically and overseas.
Sam’s cases of note include a case in which a male was attacked, run over, beaten and stabbed to death in the street. Sam assisted in the representation of two clients who were eventually acquitted of Murder after a lengthy trial, which included complex issues of joint enterprise. This case was highly reported by Local and National media.
Sam was involved in the acquittal of a client who was accused, with a co-defendant, of stabbing a man to death in a flat in Colchester, Essex, following an argument involving drugs. The co-defendant was convicted of murder.
Sam also has a huge amount of experience dealing with serious sexual offences, serious drug offences, including importation of drugs, and serious fraud.
