Funding and Fixed Fees

Fixed Fees

We are able to offer fixed fees for straightforward undefended divorce proceedings and for initial advice concerning any of our family services.  To find out more, please contact us at  01376 511819 or use our online enquiry form.

Legal Aid

We can offer legal aid in family proceedings for cases which are in scope and the client is financially eligible.

As from the 1st April 2013, many clients who would previously been entitled for funding are no longer eligible due to the removal of many cases from the scope of legal aid.

We realise that this will result in a significant number of clients not being able to pursue a legal remedy to a family law issue or even take advice about their case and what next steps should be taken.  We are therefore pleased to offer a reduced fee service for clients in receipt of certain state benefit or those who work and are in receipt of a low income.

If you would like to discuss this service please contact us at 01376 511819 or use our online enquiry form.
