Nicola joined Levy & Co Solicitors LLP in 2012 as an office junior whilst studying for her Graduate Diploma in Law at Hertfordshire University. Whilst working at Levy and Co Solicitors Nicola decided she would focus on Criminal law with a view to becoming a solicitor. Nicola then went on to complete her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Nicola is a fully Accredited Police Station Representative and has gained extensive experience representing clients at the police station.
Nicola was admitted to the Roll of solicitors in 2016 and shortly after obtained her Duty Solicitor qualification.
Nicola deals with a vast range of offence which include minor shop theft, Domestic Violence, Fraud, Robbery and Sexual offences. She enjoys dealing with all aspects of Criminal Law and defends her client’s passionately at the Police Stations and Military facilities and preparing cases in the Magistrates and Crown Court.
R v B  – successfully defended a client against a charge of common assault whereby the client had entered a guilty plea and following a successful application of vacating the client’s guilty plea based on the client’s mental health, the prosecution offered no evidence.
