Jay joined Levy & Co Solicitors LLP in April 2015 having built up a client base throughout the South of Essex.
Jay completed part of her training for a well established criminal defence firm in North London. Jay assisted in the preparation of a murder trial at the Central Criminal Court and further assisted co-defendants at the Blackfriars Crown Court, to secure their acquittal in one of the largest importations of Class B drugs in 2010.
Jay graduated in Law with an LLB (Hons) Degree from the London Metropolitan University in 2009. Being most passionate about criminal law, Jay went on to complete the Bar Vocational Course and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2010 by Lincolns Inn.
Jay is a fully Accredited Police Station Representative and has gained extensive experience representing clients at the police station.
Jay cross qualified as a Solicitor in February 2013 and qualified as a Duty Solicitor later the same year. Jay is a keen and passionate criminal defence advocate with Higher Rights of Audience before the Crown Courts.
