Graham Brown

Graham is an experienced criminal practitioner and advocate being called to the Bar in 1982.  Formerly a magistrates’ clerk and Chief Crown Prosecutor before entering private practise cases he has been instructed in cover the full range of the criminal law but in the last four years his work has concentrated on cases of homicide, serious sexual offences (many of which are historic and span many decades), fraud, confiscation proceedings, complex fatal road deaths and major drug operations with cases requiring sensitive and careful client care.

He is a thoughtful and skilled advocate who ensures that no stone is left unturned in pursuit of his client’s interests, the preparation of their defence and the presentation of their case in court.
