Recreational Drug Use – The Hidden Costs: In this article we looked into some cases in which people had used recreational drugs.

Disclosure – The Hidden Truth: We looked into the Liam Allan case in which a young man had been accused of rape and sexual assault. Since the case, Liam Allen had been found to be innocent.

Points, Lies and Prison: We looked into driving whilst touching on perverting the course of justice.

Confiscation: Here, we looked into the confiscation of a person’s benefits from committing a crime. This can be amplified by the courts meaning that a person committing a financial crime may end up having to pay a lot more than they gained from their crime, as they may also have to pay a compensation order for the amount originally taken.

Can I Have a Restraining Order Discharged: We looked into getting restraining orders discharged. This is entirely possible under the right circumstances.

 Appeals Against Sentence: Here, we looked into appealing against sentences that were excessive or unfair.
